Art direction, design and content strategy
Relish

the concept
The radio was codesigned and tested with people living with dementia. Working alongside the product design team I experienced the challenges of building a specially designed and innovative product.

To build the design strategy I interviewed the designers and studied the target audience and its unique characteristics. I worked on the journey map, from awareness to delivery and defined the main touchpoints. It was our hero product so we needed engaging content; I planned a photoshoot and a video production and started creating content to build awareness.  Blogs and quotes about music were delivered for the first phase, then we launched the website content, emails and social media content.

Designed and lead the communications strategy with a multichannel approach.
